We purchased this machine to use our our mobile concession trailer. We use 8 to dogs and it has worked very well for us. Takes about 10 minutes to fully heat and and another 10 minutes to get the hot dogs to have the nice grill look to them. The overall construction of the machine is very well made. It feels like it was well put together. The temperature control knobs on the front are very easy to use. Cleaning is a breeze with the slide out trays. We are very happy with the purchase.
