This unit has a stainless steel body with an attractive black finish as well as tempered glass doors to protect against breakage. Its thermostatic temperature controls regulate the 1580W of heat radiated by its bottom mounted heating element, while interior lighting provided by two lamps increases product visibility. These lights are controlled separately from the heat for your convenience.

good little units, hard to clean but holds temp good, unit arrived damaged but webstaurant already took care of damages and i got to keep unit.

This counter top heated display warmer works and looks great in my restaurant as it helped me increase my hot food sales and customers can see products clearly. Its great if you have a gas station and want to display and keep food warm.

Great product, sturdy and kept food nice and hot
bought this to replace my old one. It operates for 12hours a day at 160 Degrees Fahrenheit. I don't know if we just had a faulty one or not but it only lasted us 1 year. the connecting wires and plates inside the units pretty much fried away and it was impossible to fix. It a little disappointing since our old Avantco warmer lasted us about 6 years.
This unit is larger than expected but we have definitely figured out how to fill it right up! It has increased our sales on heated items such a quiche and also speeds up the serving times. Well worth the investment
This food warmer is a good piece for its price and it is working perfectly fine for what I need it for. It is very big as well. Very easy to operate and clean. The only problem i have is that the little container for holding water in the warmer to keep food moisture is not 100% stainless steel so it is already rusted coz it has water in it all the time. Even we wash/clean the container every day, we cannot stop it from rusting.
As to be expected for what we are using it for.

We turn on this "pie warmer" at 10:00 and it it keeps everything crisp and fresh for the entire day. Make sure you have water in the bottom to help with humidity of pastries. We sell Aussie Pies and Sausage rolls and this guy doesn't take up too much space on the countertop. We love it!
What you see is what you get. It has been a reliable heater for about 4 years now and it is pretty easy to maintain as well. Simple and easy works well.
We bought this warmer almost 3 years ago and it still works perfectly. We’ve had no issues.
best buy thus far. i love that the temperature goes up really high. the racks a interchangeable, you can also open it from the front and the back. it stay super hot and doesnt dry out our products. we use it without putting water in the small well. i absolutely love them. please keeo in mind that its pretty heavy too. not something you canvmove arround all the time.
This war,really is very nice, holds temp, easy cleanup on the racks. Only thing I don't like is the bottom lattes doesn't come out for clean up but we have a little soft brush we use to sweep any food crumbs out.
This is a great countertop warmer and an excellent value compared to the other ones out there. Be aware that the the switch is just for the light and the dial controls temperature.
This has been a blessing in our small cafe. It’s allowed us to offer freshly prepared breakfast sandwiches and biscuits as a quick grab and go option for our customers. We have had no issues with it.

I love our new display case warmer! It’s the perfect size and easy to put together and use. It’s perfect for my pastries and empanadas.
We purchased this unit to keep our to-go breakfast burritos in and we love it. Works well with either the wet or dry heat and it just has a very clean look to it overall.
This warmer get the job done. We use it for our churro donuts and pretzels. I love the compact size. I wish the on/off switch was on the side or the front as it is hard to turn on and off with it back against the wall.
Very easy to use and warms up very quick. The shipping process was also quick and easy. The whole usage so far has been good. We did have one heating issue but with great customer service it was fixed very quickly! Lights are nice inside and display food very nicely. Easy to clean and take care of. One other thing is that it is super quiet and does not put off as much heat as our old food warmer!!! The only downside I see about this is the rubber door guide. Made not to last and the replacement part is pretty pricey with the shipping total. Easy part to order and change but hopefully in the future it can be made out of a more durable material.
More than expected, very attractive and the high temperature is great , i was very surprised that there’s a small water pan for humidity, highly recommend it.

This food warmer is amazing! It heats up to 185 degrees and allows for water to create humidity so your items don't dry out. It gets hot and it's big! Only wish the plug was on the other side due to where I have to place it in my shop and the doors are a little crooked, but the gap is minimal compared to its benefits.
Delivery was prompt, products works good but it arrived with dents, scratches and chipped glass. After speaking to customer service, a new one was offered to be sent.
Excellent warmer display AAAA+ the best one on the market!! For a really good price. It has plenty space on the inside and it keeps food really hot.
Only 4 star because received it and a bulb was blown out. Overall the warmer is very efficient and a great size to put several items in for our grab-n-go customers.

Purchased this appliance to test out hot holding duration for my food and I enjoy it for the most part. the warmer gets hot quickly and maintains temperature. My only complaint is that there are gaps in the doors, allowing heat to escape and it does feel a little cheap.
I bought this hot display unit for my cafe great product no issues so far shipping was fast and great no damage it is glass price was amazing and I will buy more stuff from webstaurant again

Beautiful display! very nice looking, very big and reaches the temperature I want very fast! It is also perfect for the health dept because the food is protected by the glass from customers and also is kept at a safe temperature. I love it!
Product is ok for the price. Does what is supposed to, had tried other products from same brand and so far this has been the best.
We use this unit to keep our take out orders warm. We use several delivery companies, so the front slide doors are awesome! When we are busy they can pull their own orders without hindering our staff.

We use Avantco equipment as we can. Very good quality for a very good price. We never complain about that. The warmer display work very well, the slidign door are good and close right.

Love this product, but we ended up not needing a size this big. If you are a mid-sized cafe with limited counter space, I suggest buying the next size down, which still has plenty of room. This case heated up and worked without issue, but was just simply too big!
