Happy these hold up well with hot and cold holding, and even cooking in them in a oven. We use liners so I can not comment on ease of cleaning cooked on foods, but otherwise seems to wipe down and sanitize good. It feels solid and we will probably be ordering more.

I bought two of these trays. These trays unlike most of the other items that I received that day from this company,arrived in a nicely sealed box. They also arrived in very good condition. I really like these pans and is tempted to buy a few more.

I intended to use this for my display warmer and it fits well. I use it to keep 6 rolls of sweet bread at a time. They’re not the heaviest because it’s the cheaper end but they work just as well.

Bought this to use with my Necco 6055A food warmer. It fits perfectly and is of good quality. It arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition.

You just can't beat the price on these hotel pans. They are sized properly to fit in chafers etc. and work as you would expect. Be warned, they are really for home use. They are very light weight and wont hold up well to commercial use. If you are using these in a commercial kitchen, get heavier pans, if you are using them at home, then go for it. They have a dull lustre rather than shine, but they are not offensive to look at. They do seem to be a bit susceptible to staining as compared to our shiny stainless steel pans, though it's not really an issue for our use.

These 1/2 pans are very well maid and sturdy. I was afraid they were going to be cheap and thin, but there not. There definetly commercial use and will last along time, perfect to keep meals warm for my events.

When looking for stainless steel hotel pans of different sizes, we look for anti-jam ones so that they stack without getting stuck together - those hurt to get apart! These aren't too thick, so they do burn if you put it straight over a fire for extended periods (like on a stove top). But they work great in a steam table.

I love that this dish is deep and we are able to store a lot of fruit into this container and it also fits into my fridge perfectly!

These are not entirely stainless and I was a little disappointed with that discovery. I don't use them often so it will be fine, but not sure I would order again.

This pan is sturdy and quite heavy, which is very nice. It's easy to clean. I use it to hold my fried foods. I don't actually use it for my steam table. The lid comes off easily which makes life so much easier!

I bought this product mainly for the aspect of its use outside of the kitchen due its stainless steel construction. I use it for small batch dying materials where I may need to heat them and the stainless steel can safely do that. The container is sturdy and well made with no sharp edges.

I use this as part of a 3-pan kit to smoke fish. This one goes on the bottom with the soaked chips, then above it, a small perforated pan with a foil packet of ice, and lastly another perforated pan on top with the fish. It's taken a beating, but it's been a great kit to have on reserve just for smoking.

These are great pans for the price and has a good weight to it. I use to cool off small batches of sauces. It just goes directly in my walk-in and is to safe temp in a matter of an hour or less.

The pans are fairly heavy, and heated quickly and evenly, and stayed warm even after the burner was removed. The pans cleaned easily and have proved to be durable. The pans are easily stacked atop each other for storage. The 1/2 size pans held a good enough portion. The pans save on constantly buying the throw away aluminum pans. I have used them over and over again without any problem.

We needed a pan to warm the BBQ for sandwiches and this is the one we are using. It works fine for the job. Not heavy, but does what we need.

I was concerned that these pans would not fit into my 8 qt. Chafer and they fit perfectly! These pans allow me to convert my 8 qt. Chafer into a server for two items.

1/2 size these seem to be better then a full size. I love how I’m able to put two of these in Schaffer and get more food on the steam tables. More options means more food but the revenue that it brings in for the cost is well worth it.

The Standard Weight Stainless Steel Hotel pan is being used primarily for prepping ingredients and also for roasting. Although a lighter weight stainless steel, have not experienced any problems roasting at high temps in this pan.

ust the right size and depth for potato salad for the beach. My grandson going away party was at the beach a total of adults and kids was about 50. We had a lot of food, and I made more than enough and it was all gone. I used an insulated picket basket, cover the pan with foil, slipped into the picnic basket and had enough room for ice to keep colder/longer. Zipped and going to the beach, when was ready to serve, it was still cold. Love it and will buy other pans, just kinda expensive if you're paying for shipping especially ordering from Hawaii. We have these steam table pans in a few sizes. They are great for keeping foods hot or cold. They can go in the cooler for storing or the steam table for keep meats and vegetable dishes hot.

This pan is perfect for use in chafing dishes, the pan itself will be able to stay hot enough to keep the food held within it hot. If the item you are placing in here may have crumbs or stick easily I would suggest having a grate in the bottom of the pan.

These steam table pans are amazing you no longer need to speed a lot of money on a roasting pan these work perfectly for roasting large size meats, buy a lid and false bottom to keep meat from not sitting on bottom of pan and you are good to go. Once meat is cooked you can remove it and the false bottom and set the pan on a burner and make gravy with the drippings.

The pans are perfect and are reasonably priced. My only regret is that I should have ordered more when I placed the order. I will definitely order more.
