The warmer's medium-duty stainless steel housing provides excellent durability and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for a busy kitchen environment. Side-mounted infinite controls allow you to make adjustments to the temperature so that you can choose the level of heat that works best for the food you are serving. For your convenience, mounting brackets are included to make installation as easy as possible. This unit must be hardwired and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

2nd one in 2 years, switch is defiantly the weak link in this unit. Ill see if I can buy the switch separately before I buy a 3rd
Needed something to keep plates warm as I prepped food and cooked, worked out very well
Bought two, one broke after 14 months. We replaced it with a newer model, so hopefully this one lasts a bit longer! WIll update if there are changes
This item does a good job keeping our hot food hot. My only complaint is that it does not come with a cord. So, keep the extra cost in mind of having to wire it.
We love having this warmer on our serving line. We bought it in April 2019 and the control burned out 5 months later. We contacted customer service and they promptly shipped us a replacement. If not for need for replacement, I would have given 5 stars. Note that lamp does NOT produce much if any visible light. This makes it easy to forget that is on.
This heat strip works great for keeping foods hot on our pass thru window. It came really quick and was pretty easy to install since we knew how to hard wire it in.
