The Avantco carving station kit with 39" stainless steel heat lamp, cutting board, and drip pan is perfect for carving beef, succulent sliced ham, or savory turkey! This lamp is great for use with carving stations at hotels, banquet halls, or catered events. It gives you a range of heating options thanks to its flexible body that may be lowered toward, or raised away from foods with ease. A wood cutting board and aluminum drip pan are included, so you can begin carving right away, without making a mess. The cutting board is reversible for a longer life. It is sturdy enough to be used with your biggest knives. Additionally, the pan is easy to clean and maintain. It is also utilizes an open bead rim so it has greater resistance to warping. Four mounting screws are also included in this set to allow for easy installation of the lamp onto the board.
The lamp's sterling silver finish is great for use in any professional setting. Its on / off switch is located away from the heat zone for safety. The lamp comes with a shatter-proof 250W red bulb. To aid in proper heat dissipation, the lamp includes a drilled shade. Its sockets are ceramic insulated and furnished with a nickel-plated copper screw shell and contact point to prevent fusing and ensure you get a long life out of your heat lamp. This lamp requires a 120V electrical connection.
