Delivering power and versatility, this Avantco CO32 half size convection oven with steam injection is perfect for any busy commercial kitchen. Powered by 2800W, the unit is equipped with two dial controls to adjust the temperature between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit in 50 degree increments and to set the audible timer from 1 to 120 minutes, respectively. Thanks to the versatile temperature range, this oven has a convection or broil function. The broil function turns the top element on for food finishing and light cheese melting. When the broil function is in use, the rear element is shut off while the fan continues to circulate. The dials are also accompanied by an indicator light to alert the user when each function is in operation. The timer also has an audible ding to notify the user when the time is up. To produce consistent, high-quality results, the oven features a green push button that adds a burst of steam to the cavity while cooking. The 3/4" water connection makes set-up fast and simple. This water connection helps product retain its natural moisture, helping you cook juicy meats and bake soft cookies.

A full-length handle is attached to the door for easy access into the cavity. The door boasts a cool touch dual pane glass design for added safety in your establishment as well as heavy-duty hinges that can withstand thousands of uses. Once opened, the door reveals a set of 4 wire shelves, which are adjustable to best accommodate your ever-changing tasks throughout the day. This convection oven can hold 4 half size sheet / bun pans in place of racks, so you can cook foods in a variety of containers. The forced-air heat circulation system also provides even cooking throughout.

To abide by food safety regulations, the unit is equipped with 4" adjustable bullet legs; they raise the oven off of the surface below to ensure that cleaning remains fast and easy. For operation, the oven requires a 208-240V electrical connection. The required inlet pressure is 20-25 PSI.
