Customer Reviews

Great product for the price. We have 3 fryers and they are used heavily. So far they have held up great. Will order again if needed.

Perfect size basket for frying. The basket is big enough to hold ample food without having an uneven cook.

Very durable baskets. We have used these and they seem to last longer than most. They can certainly withstand the beating of a busy night.

Great quality, but HUGE. Doesn't seem to fit most standard fryers. PLEASE make sure you measure. Also very heavy. But again, the quality seems top notch.

Avantco FB1796 was purchased to replace OEM basket for Imperial IFS-75. The FB1796 is heavy duty and well designed to last longer than the OEM baskets that came with out Imperial IFS-75. It is a little larger than the Imperial IFS-75 baskets but seems to fit just fine. The areas on the basket which would have the most stress have been reinforced to last longer. Great buy for the price compared to purchasing an OEM basket from Imperial.

Pay attention to the sizes for these baskets, this one was bigger than what we expected. I would recommend this product as the quality was good, but make sure the size is right for your fryer.

This basket is pretty self explainitory....it works great isnt too heavy to use and is easy to wash in the sink or a commercial dishwasher.

I have purchased these in the past from other retailers and found they began rusting after a couple weeks. These are definitely much better quality, and very easy to handle as they are not extremely heavy. Highly recommend this product if you’re looking for easily handable baskets!

Will start to brake with heavy use, but they will last longer then some of the cheaper options. The rest of the frame is in great condition so if you do not hit the hook end too hard they will last longer.

Its an ok fryer basket. The handle is really nice and solid, but the welds that attach it to the basket break after a while and the mesh breaks down too. I know it will happen eventually to all fryer baskets, but it happened much sooner then most others

This product is made of very sturdy construction. I was worried when I had to purchase replacement baskets for my fryer that they wouldn't be quite as sturdy as the ones that came with the fryer. The construction exceeded my expectations. I plan to purchase an extra set to have on hand.

These twins fryer baskets are accurately sized and strong. They work well, but I seem to have a consistent problem with the bottom welds becoming disconnected.

We have tried several companies for fry baskets and have wasted a lot of money on fry baskets. We find the Avantco is the best for the price.
