Roasting a turkey has always been a challenge so I got this one to a 14 pounder. Followed the directions in the simple yet comprehensive instruction pamphlet and it was the best turkey I ever roasted. Moist and tasty. I can't wait to try it on other things.
This thing is a work horse and consistent in keeping up with cooking 30 Lbs of chicken 3-5 times a week for the past 2 years. I even bought 2 of these because I figured I’d kill the first one with my heavy use, however the back up is still in its original packaging because this thing is build to last!
