This Avantco 17724GRSTRAP grease / crumb tray is a direct replacement for the one that came with your Avantco CAG-60 or CAG-24 series griddle. The grease tray is used to catch any fats, oils, and food particles that accumulate during cooking, collecting them all so you can easily pull the tray out, dispose of the waste, clean the tray, and be ready to cook again! If the grease tray on your unit is damaged, be sure to fix it promptly.
