Use this Avantco 177302150075 high elevation undrilled fryer orifice to properly configure your Avantco natural gas or liquid propane floor fryer. This important piece ensures the proper amount of gas enters your fryer's burner system, making it essential to inspect your burner orifices regularly and replace them immediately if needed. This item does not come pre-drilled, so you can drill the correct hole size for your liquid propane or natural gas configuration. This orifice is compatible with Avantco F5-ES, F4-ES, and F3-ES series natural gas and liquid propane fryers. It's also compatible with select Cooking Performance Group broilers.
