Purchased these for a start up business in September and they didn't even last through November. One stopped holding temperature and the other one came out of the box damaged. Avantco make a lot of good products but steer clear of these.

We bought these to replace our old airpots. In the set of 6, one hinge broke right away, one makes a squeaking sound whenever we pump it, and all of them leave about 8 ounces of coffee at the bottom that can’t be pumped out by the pump so is wasted as we aren’t going to pour the last bit into a cup. I had high hopes for these but all in all a big disappointment and wish we got something else.

We have four of these, purchased four months ago. Three already do not work and barely keep hot coffee *warm* for an hour. The snap pieces that attach the lid in the back are also extremely flimsy and prone to breaking. Overall, terrible quality.
