Hey, we purchased two of your Avantco BCG3 3 lb. Bulk Coffee Grinders. We recently purchased two sets of Avantco 3 lb. new BURR replacement grinders. We needed to replace one set because the grinder was grinding way to slow and not like the other. We hired a professional coffee service tech person and when he opened the front of the grinder, he called us over and showed us that the broken armature rod that holds the set of grinders! We love our grinders and want to know if we can buy a new Armature Rod so we can attached our new burr griders. PLease lets us know where we can buy this. Kindest regards MIssissippi Mud Coffee

Grinder works great and is sleek. Only down side is we have it for a self use station for customers and if they do not flip the chute unclog lever the chute clogs up and trips the built in circuit breaker.

Terrible Grinder! SLOWEST GRIND SPEEDS We used this or less than 6 months. It has the slowest grind speeds I have ever seen. The burrs are sharp yet it takes 2+min to grind 6oz of coffee for autodrip. We've taken this apart to see what the issue is and it just doesn't feed coffee fast enough into the grind area. We've replaced this with a Bunn G2 grinder. Don't waste your money on this.
