Great for kitchens with limited space, the Avantco CER-400 4-burner countertop electric range provides the convenience of a traditional range in a compact 24" x 25" footprint. This range features French-style element plates that are sealed to help resist spills, while also making cleaning easier than coil elements. Each plate can reach up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit and has its own independent, infinite control. The two 9" front plates are designed to generate high heat fast for fast boiling, quickly reaching 650 degrees Fahrenheit. They are recommended for use with pots with a 9" external diameter. The two 7" element plates in the rear are great for recipes with longer cook times, or for holding a simmer. They are recommended for use with pots with a 7" external diameter. Each plate boasts a 66 lb. weight capacity and is made from cast iron for superior performance. Even with its compact size the unit can safely accommodate a stockpot up to 40 qt. while still leaving the other burners open for other tasks.

This powerful countertop range features a durable stainless steel housing and control knobs to provide years of service in high-volume settings. The unit's bullet feet also adjust in height from 3 1/2" to 5". Additionally, the rounded bull-nose front is easy to clean at the end of meal-service.
