This is a must have when you have two deep fryers. It keeps the grease from going down between the Frys and helps keep my fryers together on my food truck. I highly recommend this Avanto connector fry.

This little piece of metal is super helpful in keeping our kitchen cleaner. Installing it between out fryers keep the oil from dripping between the fryers to the floor.
