This lamp is great for use with carving stations at hotels, banquet halls, or catered events. It gives you a range of heating options thanks to its flexible body that may be lowered toward or raised away from foods with ease. So that you may choose your own lamp replacement, the cutting board does not have a pre-drilled hole, while the lamp includes four mounting screws.

A wood cutting board and aluminum drip pan are included, so you can begin carving right away, without making a mess. The cutting board is reversible for a longer life. Expertly-crafted from natural rubberwood, this cutting board ensures longevity in any commercial kitchen. The natural color enhances display settings and is sturdy enough to be used with your biggest knives. Additionally, the pan utilizes an open bead rim so it has greater resistance to warping. Simply place the cutting board into this pan, and you can be sure any excess juices or spills will be caught in the pan for a seamless presentation!

The lamp's sleek black finish is great for use in any professional setting. Its on / off switch is located away from the heat zone for safety. The lamp comes with a shatter-proof 250W red bulb. To aid in proper heat dissipation, the lamp includes a drilled shade.
