This double arm heat lamp gives you a range of heating options thanks to its flexible body that may be lowered toward, or raised away from food up to 24" with ease. Its sleek black finish is great for use in any professional setting. In addition, a wood cutting board and aluminum drip pan are included, so you can begin carving right away, without making a mess. The cutting board is reversible for a longer life, and it is sturdy enough to be used with your biggest knives. Place the cutting board inside the full size drip pan to collect any crumbs or drippings. Additionally, the pan is easy to clean and maintain. It also utilizes an open bead rim so it has greater resistance to warping. Eight mounting screws are also included in this set to allow for easy installation of the lamp onto the board.

This set is perfect for use with carving stations at hotels, banquet halls, or catered events. Its on / off switch is located on the lamp base, away from the heat zone for safety. In addition, the lamp comes with two shatter-proof 250W red bulbs, and includes a drilled heat shade and flared rim to aid in proper heat dissipation. Its sockets are ceramic insulated and furnished with a nickel-plated copper screw shell and contact point to prevent fusing and ensure you get a long life out of your heat lamp. This lamp requires a 120V electrical connection.
