Keep your sweet hot chocolate, savory apple cider, or other hot beverages stirred and ready to serve to your guests by incorporating the Avantco DHC-26 2.6 gallon hot beverage / hot topping dispenser into your equipment lineup! This hot product dispenser features a large 2.6 gallon tank to hold a variety of products, including syrup, gravy, au jus, drawn butter for seafood, and hot chocolate! The Avantco DHC-26 features a Bain Marie heating system that keeps the product at the correct serving temperature. An interior rotating paddle keeps the product consistently mixed and heated for the best customer experience. The easy-to-read, adjustable thermostat lets you set the temperature up to 185 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping hot beverages in that optimal serving temperature range of 160 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.
This dispenser features a stainless steel boiling tank and heating element, making it easy to clean and sanitize. Plus, the anti-clogging faucet design prevents down time and makes sure your customers always have access to your products. The front rod on the faucet prevents clogging, and can be adjusted depending on the thickness of the product you are dispensing. A drip tray with a float indicator prevents messy, dangerous spills in case of accidental drips or splashes from overfilled cups. The overheat sensor and reset button also allow for safe operation by preventing the unit from overheating and causing injuries.

Very happy with this purchase. Its a good machine, works well. It does however take a very long time to heat up, but it helps if you using room temperature consumables.

Have had no issues after two years. Yes you have to take apart to clean, but so do most beverage machines but you can put most of it in the dishwasher and hand clean the base so easier the clean than some of my equipment. We also get comments from guests seeing it swirling behind the bar. Don't regret the purchase.

Similar experience to other customers with this machine. About a month after the warranty ended the motor died. This is my second one and they've both had the motor fail just after the warranty ended. When they are working, they are great.

Worked well for one winter season for pre mixed hot cocoa. It does require complete disassembly for adequate cleaning but knowing that up front helped. Unfortunately the motor that rotates the paddle started making noise about one month after warranty period expired and then started to fail intermittently becoming so unreliable we had to take it out of commission. Fairly expensive device if it only works for a little more than a year. Unfortunately can’t recommend this.

Although this machine does keep the drinks warm, it is not built well. We have only used it a handful of times since purchasing it and the gasket inside the spout has already shredded. We didn't figure this out until after filling the machine, when we went to pour a cup of hot cocoa and it sprayed out the top of the spout. It was extremely difficult to drain the machine while it was full, since the canister on top is open on both sides so you can't remove it full. The only way to get the liquid out is to drain it, but with a broken gasket this made a huge mess everywhere. The concept is great, customers love seeing the hot cocoa and we love being able to keep it displayed but with the gasket shredding after only using it a few times it was a huge disappointment.

Would give ZERO! COMPLETE JUNK !!!! Dont buy its a waste. Barely worked one day and motor shut off . And tes I followed all instructions. Will return TODAY for refund . I usually buy all my equipment fron webstaurant but lately man they have been bad
