After the 2nd month we bought this product started having problems. didin't get warm enough, and just after 5 months completely stopped working.

This is a terrible replacement for the Centaur ones that they used to carry. This unit does not heat much at all and is an entire waste of money.

The product arrived defective. One of the electric burners doesn't work properly, only generating a little bit of heat no matter what setting it's on. The other electric burner doesn't work at all and is short-circuited. When I turn the knob to activate that burner, it causes a short circuit and trips the safety switch. I couldn't return the product because I made the purchase while the restaurant was still under construction, and more than 30 days have passed, which is the return window. It's terrible that they sell defective products without even testing them

it started well, ten minutes into the job, the safety feature pops and turns off the hot plate. thought it was the outlet, changed it; same thing keeps going off. not worth it.
