Perfect fit and solution to our griddle which starting to continuously stay on despite the dial being in the "off" position. The installation of this requires no specialized knowledge and will take you about an hour. We used both types of screwdrivers, and also some needle nose pliers to get the old thermostat out and this new one in.

The item I recieved is an aftermarket knockoff sold at a high price. The item in the picture is NOT what you will get. There is some rewiring needed to make it work.
