Built to out-perform all others in its class, this 20 lb. dual tank fryer is perfect for light-duty applications like delis, small sandwich shops, and concession stands. The compact size allows you to tuck it into any corner on the counter, and the heavy-duty stainless steel construction adds extended durability. Thanks to the thermostatic controls on each tank, you can adjust the temperature of the oil from 120 - 370 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate the appropriate frying temperatures for different foods. With a 15-minute heat-up time, this fryer is ready to use in no time! Each removable tank has a capacity of 6 liters (1.5 gallons), and the unit uses 20 lb. of shortening.

To ensure safety for you and your employees, the fryer features a minimum and maximum oil fill line. Two heavy-duty fryer baskets feature a black coated handle for heat protection and operator comfort. After you've finished frying your food, simply hang the baskets on the hanger to let any remaining oil drain out. It also serves as a great tool for cooling your freshly fried products while you focus on other kitchen tasks. To expedite the cleaning process at the end of the night, the components lift out of the fryer easily. A crumb screen rests on the bottom of the tank and catches excess crumbs so they don't burn and create a mess and can be disposed of by simply lifting the screen up and discarding the debris. The included night cover helps protect your unit from airborne contaminants during off hours. The Avantco double countertop fryer has two separate power cords requiring two dedicated outlets and a 120V, 3500W electrical connection, with each pot having a wattage of 1750W.

I was tired of using a fry daddy and needed an electric fryer and wanted one with a basket so that grease can be used more times. This is the perfect size and so portable to take camping or to a relatives house for fish fry.

This is a great fryer for a kitchen that fries minimally. It's small size makes it easy to move from place to place and to store as well. It is the perfect size fryer for us.

This is a basic countertop electric fryer that uses a standard 120v outlet. Fit our needs perfectly for frying diced potatoes for breakfast bowls and burritos. While it seems to perform well for our needs, I can see how the size and recovery time could be inadequate for larger volume operations. One thing to note is that the protective plastic coating is difficult to remove, like seriously a pain.

We bought 2 of these for our sandwich shop for doing our fries. It keeps up when we are doing a lot of them, is pretty easy to clean and doesn't require the fire suppression hood. The price on them was great also.

Where has this fryer been my whole life? Ok I have never used a fryer before so I can't compare them with any other fryer--but all I can say is that using this is WAY better than frying on top of our electric stove top with a pot of oil! I love how quickly everything cooks and how easy it is to take a part and clean. I am really happy we bought this.

This particular model is a little bit harder to clean in comparison to the single basket but other than that is a good reliable piece of equipment.

This fryer really did the job for a small amount of frying we needed to perform as a garnish for a party. Great value. Unable to fry large quantities, however does the job if you're needing small quantities. Easy clean-up!

I read a lot before I buy something that I want to last for a long time. Reviews are always hit and miss, but I like the ones that really tell what it is like using the product and that speak to some important attributes about the product. I bought this one over other options because of its "full coverage" heating element. Most have a small element on one side, but this one covers the bottom of the pan. I didn't see any complaints about this one not maintaining a temp, and this is why. Takes it a while to get hot, but they all take a while to get hot, but once there, I can fry basket after basket of stuff with no problems. I can fry an appetizer like fried mushrooms or cheese sticks, cook dinner as soon as I pull up the apps, like fish, fried chicken or pork chops, and I can fry taters right afterwards and nothing gets "grease soaked" from a temp too low. We have had this since September 13, 2016, so almost 4 years. It is still like new and we use it several times a week. It is easy to clean and break down, I have strained and reloaded the oil in it only about 5 times. When I do it, I save the good oil and just add to it when putting it back together. I dumped it for being too dark after the fourth cleaning. The oil pan is contained within a frame that gets warm, but will not melt an adjacent plastic bowl. The unit slides easily, as I move it out from under the cabinets when I am frying in it because it puts out a lot of steam. The lid is nice, too, my wife stacks bread up on it when it isn't in use. I really can't think of anything negative to say.

Really deep fryer to place in countertop is unique and recommended to be used at all times that you want some fried and delicious food.

This is a fantastic tabletop fryer. It does have a small recovery time but overall the size and convenience are totally worth it.

the avantco dual tank fryer turned out to be much larger than we expected. we do chicken parm, french fries, and even perogies in it. everything turns out perfect! love that it has night covers to keep dust out of oil when not in use. you will want a dedicated circuit for both sides to keep from throwing breakers. if you are a small company or large private family you will love the size this fries up!

This a light duty fryer! Set your expectations accordingly. Best for occasional use of small batches and nothing more. Smaller batches of 1/4 cut frys and similar product fry well, but if you get close to the limits the temperature will drop too much after product is added and you'll have mixed results. Edges are sharp, but with some common sense can be easily avoided. Cleaning is amazing.. the entire basin (which appears to be a steam pan?) is removable for cleaning. As with most Avantco products, there's a parts list and prices are reasonable. I haven't had any issues, but it's nice to see parts available for replacement at a reasonable cost.
