Very Happy with these fryers. We have 2 of them and we will most likely be adding a 3rd one soon. They work great. The only reason I did not give it a 4 is that it is difficult to clean out where the thermometer is. But other than that great for the price.

Looks good and price was good, especially since I bought when it was on sale. It arrived with a wire broken to the high-limit safety switch, so it seems the whole switch has to be replaced. We had SoCal Gas out to do the connection and their tech discovered the problem. I immediately spoke to the warranty company who said I could not just have the gas company do the repair, which would have been same day and low cost. I submitted a warranty claim, and finally have the repair scheduled for tomorrow, 17 days after I initially contacted them. Tech24, their sercive company in my area has to be prodded at every step. I thought I was safe buying this brand because of the "good warranty" but the warranty service is very slow. Time is money. In hindsight I should have cut my losses and paid the gas company out of pocket -- if only I'd known it would take this long! If I could go back further in time, I would just buy a different brand in the first place. This brand is not on the list of fryers that our gas company offers rebates on. Check with your gas company before choosing and see what your true net cost would be if they have rebates for more energy efficient fryers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.
