Product Features
Keep french fries deliciously warm and crispy with the help of the Avantco FFDS-2 freestanding strip-style french fry warmer / dump station. This station is designed for countertop use in concession stands, food trucks, and convenience store cafes. Its stand holds a full size food pan (sold separately) under which a built-in 20" calrod element emits heat for gentle warming across the entire pan. Its 500W heating power keeps fries hot and crispy for up to 30 minutes.
This unit is powered by a discreet toggle switch on the rear. Just switch it on, let the warmer heat up, and add your fried foods. The indicator light makes the food easy to monitor throughout the day, and the switch guard helps preventing accidental bumps from turning it off.
Made of stainless steel, this dump station provides a sturdy holding solution for any commercial business. Plus, the unit's fixed height helps deliver the perfect heat intensity for most fried foods. It even features rubber feet to keep it in place when employees scoop out fries. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.

So far - so good!! It's been a month with this fry warmer and it's much better than a heat lamp bulb. The bulbs would burn out fast! This method with the strip heated coil -- much better.

Does a good job keeping items warm. I wish there were different heat seeings as the fries get hard pretty quickly. Pretty good for the price

Does a decent job keeping fry's and other food warm. Flimsy construction and it hangs forward. I bought it because of the lower height than my stand with heat bulbs.
