Steam Plate with Handle

This Avantco 177HDSP25 replacement plate works with your hot dog steamer to replace a broken or worn out steam plate and handle so that you can keep serving your customers tantalizing hot dogs with minimal downtime. This plate regulates the amount of steam allowed to enter the bun chamber. Adjust the steam level simply by moving the handle to the left or right to open or close the vents in the plate.
