Designed to keep all your freshly cooked food items hot until they're ready to serve, this Avantco HEAT-1836I full size insulated heated holding cabinet helps ensure your restaurant, diner, or bakery is always prepared for high volume meal periods. Boasting nine adjustable holding settings and a heat mode that can reach 185 degrees Fahrenheit, this cabinet is perfect for storing a wide variety of ready-to-serve dishes. The fully insulated cabinet is excellent at retaining heat, leading to better energy efficiency over uninsulated models.
A total of 36 lip-load pan slides accept full size 18" x 26" or half size 18" x 13" sheet pans, while a 180 degree full-swing Lexan clear door provides outstanding impact and heat-resistance as well as allowing for easy monitoring of the contents inside. For valuable temperature protection, the door is paired with magnets and a tight-fitting gasket to combine with reliable insulation to ensure the warm air inside does not escape. You can also reverse the door hinges based on your needs. An easy-to-read thermometer for effortless temperature monitoring and a dial is located on the unit's bottom control drawer that can also be removed for quick cleaning. Thanks to four 5" poly casters (2 locking, 2 non-locking), this cabinet can be filled and moved from your prep location to the serving area with incredible ease, while integrated corner bumpers protect nearby walls and equipment during transport. The Avantco HEAT-1836I full size cabinet requires a 120V electrical connection.

I LOVE this warmer!!!! It works well and is such a great value. I can't even begin to express what dire need we were in for a dependable warmer. Not only did we find one in this product, but the price was excellent too!

This is a wonderful way to keep food warm before placing on the hot food bar. We make larger batches and are able to keep warm in this cabinet.
Excellent Holding Cabinet / Proofer. We buy quite a few of these and our customers are always very happy with them! They fit great into a Mobile Concession / Kitchen Unit!
I purchased this to proof and hold our breads. It does the job well for the price. It fit any standard commercial size baking sheet and there are many rack for you to adjust how many sheet and the space in between each one. The temperature control at the bottom isn't great. For the price it's definitely a great buy.
Heats up quickly, looks great in our commercial kitchen. The digital temp gauge is nice for at a glance verification of temp. Easy set up, great product overall.
This hot box has saved many catered events. This is one of the best I have ever used and much better than the expensive ones others offer. I actually purchased two more for our other properties.
We use this cabinet on our food truck. The flat pans fit in here nice and snug. The full size catering pans don't seem to be enough weight to push open the door while moving. It does give off a bit of heat, so for a small space i would recommend an insulated version.
The warmer works quite well, especially at this price point. Works perfectly in my food truck and has been great for catering jobs and proofing doughs. The door seal does have a small gap at the top but it doesn't seem to impede function. The biggest complaint is the removal of the white vinyl sticker protecting the plexiglass. The vinyl goes under the plexiglass gasket and is impossible to remove without leaving shreds sticking out from the gasket. The warmer is left with white vinyl bits inside and outside of the plexiglass. The vinyl is stuck under the rubber gasket with no way to remove the plexiglass and remove the vinyl remnants.

Light and mobile with tons of space. Wide temp range is accurate once you calibrate what the average temp is per each number on the dial.
These cabinets maintain at warm temps and are perfect because they can be moved around. They are easy to use and clean, and can hold allot of food at warm temps. Good Buy.

I have used this for a few years now and just making this review a very reasonable price and works great in our catering food truck.
