This holding cabinet's straightforward controls couldn't be easier to use. After powering the unit on, simply adjust the temperature to your needs with the large knob. 9 temperature settings are available, up to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. The large, bright LED temperature display will let you see the cabinet temperature easily from across your busy kitchen. A pair of dials is located on the unit's bottom control drawer that can also be removed for quick cleaning.
This unit's versatile interior is made of rugged, heavy-duty aluminum that's easy to clean. With 11 lip-load pan slides, this unit has plenty of room to hold your house specialties at food-safe temperatures for hours. A total of 11 fixed pan slides, with 1 1/2" of clearance between slides, gives you the flexibility to hold full size sheet pans however and wherever you'd like. This unit's 180 degree full-swing solid door provides outstanding impact and heat resistance. Tight-fitting gaskets keep the door closed when it's supposed to be and keep the hot air in!
Its mobile design lets you place the cabinet right where you need it. With locking mechanisms on the front wheels, the 5" poly casters make this unit easy to load and roll or keep in place. Built-in corner bumpers protect your walls from bumps and scuffs while moving it from one location to the next. An integrated cord wrap on the back will keep the power cord off the floor and out of the way while you roll the cabinet. You can also reverse the door hinges based on your needs. It has an output of 1,440W and requires a 120V electrical connection.

This is a wonderful way to keep food warm before placing on the hot food bar. We make larger batches and are able to keep warm in this cabinet.
Excellent Holding Cabinet / Proofer. We buy quite a few of these and our customers are always very happy with them! They fit great into a Mobile Concession / Kitchen Unit!
I purchased this to proof and hold our breads. It does the job well for the price. It fit any standard commercial size baking sheet and there are many rack for you to adjust how many sheet and the space in between each one. The temperature control at the bottom isn't great. For the price it's definitely a great buy.
Heats up quickly, looks great in our commercial kitchen. The digital temp gauge is nice for at a glance verification of temp. Easy set up, great product overall.
This hot box has saved many catered events. This is one of the best I have ever used and much better than the expensive ones others offer. I actually purchased two more for our other properties.
We use this cabinet on our food truck. The flat pans fit in here nice and snug. The full size catering pans don't seem to be enough weight to push open the door while moving. It does give off a bit of heat, so for a small space i would recommend an insulated version.
The warmer works quite well, especially at this price point. Works perfectly in my food truck and has been great for catering jobs and proofing doughs. The door seal does have a small gap at the top but it doesn't seem to impede function. The biggest complaint is the removal of the white vinyl sticker protecting the plexiglass. The vinyl goes under the plexiglass gasket and is impossible to remove without leaving shreds sticking out from the gasket. The warmer is left with white vinyl bits inside and outside of the plexiglass. The vinyl is stuck under the rubber gasket with no way to remove the plexiglass and remove the vinyl remnants.

Light and mobile with tons of space. Wide temp range is accurate once you calibrate what the average temp is per each number on the dial.
These cabinets maintain at warm temps and are perfect because they can be moved around. They are easy to use and clean, and can hold allot of food at warm temps. Good Buy.

I have used this for a few years now and just making this review a very reasonable price and works great in our catering food truck.
