I have purchased 9 of these so far. I have a zero waste store and use them to hold oils, vinegars, soy sauce etc so that customers can fill their own containers. Being able to completely disassemble the spout is a great feature.

We have had this dispenser for just over a year. It has been great! However, of course just past the 1 year warranty, there has begun a small leak from the underside where the valve spout meets the belly of the tank. Trying to see how to seal it now.

I purchased 3 of these dispensers, 1 arrived defective which was promptly handled by customer service. They are nice quality and sized great for smaller events. Easy to clean and the handles make carrying them a breeze.

When I saw this item I thought it would be great for my granddaughter's graduation party along with other large family functions. When it arrived today I noticed that this is not insulated to keep beverages cold for hours during events, especially outdoor events when it's hot outside. When I asked about returning it I found out that they charge for return shipping and also charge an exorbitant 30% restocking fee, even for an unused item that was only unboxed and immediately put back into the box. Unfortunately, due to this I won't be ordering from this store again.
