This Avantco 177MG1245 #12 stainless steel grinder plate provides you with a great way to replace a lost or damaged part. Designed to work with MG12 and MG12R meat grinders, this plate produces uniform 3/16" strands of ground meat. The flat design means that as one side dulls, you can flip the plate and use the other side for long-lasting performance. The durable type 420 stainless steel construction also contributes to the long service life while making cleaning a breeze. This grind plate is well built and a clean fit in my Avantco Grinder. The size is provides the preferred texture for bologna and kielbasa.
