nicely made, not as sharp as the one that came with my grinder but acceptable. It's always good to have extra grinder knives on hand in case one gets lost!
The knife for the grinder is pretty good - it is definitely sharp to begin with but doesn't stay super sharp for long. We did have one shatter into pieces when accidentally assembled backwards - though definitely a fault with the user not the product.
This little grinder knife (while looking like a cute ninja star) is a workhorse. We grind our burgers fresh in house every day and they rarely need replacing. When one does crack (usually because someone has put it on backwards...) it's best to have one or two backups on hand. Inexpensive comparatively, and they take up no room.
Wonderful product. Arrived quickly and is exactly what I was expecting. A solid grinder knife that holds up well and is sharp and easy to clean.
