This Avantco 177MX20SKNIF slicer "S" knife is a perfect replacement for the one that comes with MX20 series slicer attachments. You can also use it to convert an MX20 series shredder attachment into a slicer by purchasing this part. It installs easily into the rear housing of the attachment and allows you to create consistent slices of produce for use as garnishes, ingredients, sides, and more. And since you can adjust the slice thickness up to 1/2" it gives you the versatility to create a range of different recipes without having to change out to a different disc or knife.
