This replacement Avantco 177MX30BEAT flat beater is designed for use on the 30 qt. Avantco MX30 commercial mixer. Made of cast aluminum, this durable beater is ideal for mixing dry ingredients and can work on low and medium speeds. Installation is as easy as can be by raising it onto the mixing axle and rotating clockwise until it locks in place. To remove for cleaning or attachment change, simply raise the agitator on the shaft until it clears the lock, rotate counterclockwise, and lower.

The flat beater replacement is good to have as a back up while working in the kitchen. I ordered an extra one just incase I ever needed one!

this paddle is excellent to used to do cakes it really mixer very well the flour with the sugar and egg yolks and it fit perfect in the bowl
