Cast Aluminum Replacement Dough Hook

This sturdy Avantco 177MX30HOOK 30 qt. dough hook is designed for use with your Avantco MX30 mixer. Made of cast aluminum, this dough hook easily kneads bread and other dough with an absorption ratio greater than 50% on low and medium speeds. Installation is as easy as can be by raising it onto the mixing axle and rotating clockwise until it locks in place. To remove for cleaning or attachment change, simply raise the agitator on the shaft until it clears the lock, rotate counterclockwise, and lower.
