The Avantco 177P2WPBRD 29" x 8" cutting board for STE-2S, STE-2SG, STE-2MG, and STE-2M steam tables is a direct replacement for the one that came with your Avantco unit. Over time, cutting boards will wear down from constant beating, pounding, and knife damage. Replace a worn out cutting board so that you can continue prepping, chopping, and staging your ingredients.
This 1/2" thick cutting board is 8" deep, giving you plenty of workspace. The polyethylene construction stands up to everyday use in a commercial kitchen, while the smooth, durable surface is easy to clean and inhibits the growth of bacteria. For convenience, this cutting board comes pre-drilled.
