I'M PLEASED TO KNOW THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET A REPLACEMENT LID FOR MY SOUO KETTLE FROM WEBSTAURANT. IT WORKS AND FITS PERFECTLY AS THE ORIGINAL ONE. WORD OF ADVICE, NEVER TRY TO LIFT THE ENTIRE LID FROM THE KNOB, INSTEAD PRY AND LIFT FROM THE SIDE OF THE LID.
