Bought a Wilprep 10" meat slicer which I love! Wanted to remove the blade without removing fingers but was unable to get exact specs from Wilprep. Turns out, this is EXACTLY the correct tool for removing the blade. As always, Webstaurant Store came through on shipping and price - thank you!
