This Avantco 177PSLA15 thickness knob is a perfect replacement for the one that came standard on your Avantco SL612A, SL713MAN, or SL713A meat slicer. This knob mounts on the body of your slicer and is used to adjust the thickness of the slice by increasing or decreasing the gap between the blade and the gauge plate. Use it to fix a broken one quickly and get your slicer working again!
