This Avantco 177PSLA29 fine sharpening stone is a perfect replacement for the one that came standard on your select Avantco slicer. Your blade should be sharpened about once per year under normal use, and the coarse and fine sharpening stones work together to grind out dull spots and create a fresh, clean edge. Use it to fix a broken one quickly and get your slicer working again!
