This Avantco 177PSLSKNB slicer sharpener knob is a direct replacement for the one that came with your Avantco meat slicer. This knob mounts on the top of the sharpener assembly, holding the sharpener cover in place over the sharpening stones. Use it to replace a worn or broken part and keep your unit operating efficiently. It's compatible with Avantco SL512, SL312, SL612A, SL713MAN, and SL713A meat slicers.
