Webstaurant did it again! Our panini press would not stay upright in the locked position. Turns out it was just a spring. Easy to replace. Thanks Webstaurant for your excellent customer service.

I purchased this to replace the spring that broke on our Avantco Commercial Panini Sandwich Grill. I've not been able to find anyone that knows how to replace the spring so we have not used it yet.

Very useful item that helps a fixed grill. We use our grill almost everyday for food items such as burgers, sandwiches, quesadillas, and other grilled items .
