If the front ring nut on your sausage stuffer is damaged or no longer tightens securely, be sure to replace it immediately with this Avantco 177PSSH1 front ring nut for SSH-7V, SSH-11V, and SSH-15V sausage stuffer units. This small but incredibly important piece connects the stainless steel funnel to the canister (sold separately) so that sausage meat does not leak out of the canister.
