It is a good quality and does what it says it will do, so I am giving it a good review. However, unless you sell large quantities daily, not really a good purchase for daily use.

Works well. I do wish there was a smaller version available but keeps soups warm. I don't like the design of the lid but it works as it should just a bit annoying to put on at first. Overall would purchase again.

This thing is amazing! It holds a massive amount of soup. The high settings are boiling, and the warm settings do a great job of maintaining temperature.

I have had this warmer running 5 days a week, 7-8 hours per day and it’s still working great. I keep retried beans in it and it holds them at the exact temp I need.
