Dishwasher lost this piece. I was so happy to be able to find a replacement and not have to but a whole new slicer. If you're in the market for a new slicer, best make sure parts are available.

all the replacement parts for avantco that webstaurantstore sells are avantco factory made so they fit perfectly and work exactly the same. super convenient and a good deal if you need anything replaced

It is great to have replacement parts on webstaurant, as opposed to paying more money on the manufacturers website. The plastic knob broke while turning it when cleaning. It would be better if the whole rod was stainless.
