the avantco sl512bgk replacement guard knob for the sl512 slice is very strong and durable and hardly ever needs to get changed. its is very important to keep one on hand in case of an emergency.

It is so great that webstaurant.com has replacement parts! The plastic end on this is prone to break if tightened too hard. Very easy install.
