Product Features
The Avantco 177SL512BLD blade is a direct replacement for the one that came standard on your SL512 or SL612A meat slicer. The blade is a core component of your slicer, and requires proper maintenance to make quick, clean cuts on meats and cheeses. Your blade should be sharpened about once per year under normal use, and when its size has been reduced by 5 mm from original it will need replaced. Use it to fix a broken one quickly and get your slicer working again!

this avantco sl512bld 12' replacement blade is extremely sharp and durable, need to keep on on hand in case of an emergency with the old one,
