This Avantco motor is a direct replacement for the one that came standard with your hybrid electric / manual sausage stuffer. This motor allows for electric operation of your unit, helping to increase efficiency and save your staff time and labor. It controls the direction of the sausage and automatically reverses when it hits the bottom of the canister. Plus, it offers variable speed operation to accommodate the texture and thickness of your sausage mixture.

The motor includes a convenient foot pedal, which promotes sanitation and allows the operator to focus on forming the sausage with their hands. It comes with a 6 1/2' cord with a plug, and it requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. If your original motor is broken or malfunctioning, replace it promptly to continue efficient operation of your sausage stuffer. This motor can also be used to upgrade your manual sausage stuffer into a hybrid electric / manual unit.
