This strip warmer works great for keeping our hushpuppies hot between orders. We have not had any issues and it was more inexpensive than obtaining one from somewhere else.

This item does a good job keeping our hot food hot. My only complaint is that it does not come with a cord. So, keep the extra cost in mind of having to wire it.

Takes a little while to heat up but once its heated it can get pretty hot. Good quality overall. The switch is also convenient. Cannot adjust the temp however.

If I could give this product less than 1 star, I would. I have had these strip warmers for less than 6 months and both toggle switches have broke leaving me with no available food warmers. They broke back to back. Very disappointed with the product quality.

Don't waste your money to order any warmer equipment from Webstaurant! Last month we ordered two strip warmers, all of them are not working. Not only most of them are damaged, but also they are hard to return. Good luck!

This product has been replaced four times in eight months. While each replacement was covered under warranty, the repeated installations have been extremely costly for us. Customer service ultimately offered a refund rather than another replacement, stating that we could purchase a different brand on our own at double the cost. Based on our experience, these units last only about three months under standard restaurant use. I would strongly recommend choosing a different brand.

I have had 2 of these die on us in 5 months. They appeared to have failed (fried) somewhere in the control box. They were the hardwired to 2 independent 20 amp 120 circuits.
