This Avantco 177VB120STND prep stand is an accessory for holding Avantco vertical broilers during prep work. This stand rotates by hand to provide easy loading and has a 1/2" stand hole diameter. It can hold up to 120 lb., and this stand can be moved, carried, and used wherever it's needed in your busy kitchen. It’s awesome because that way I can set up the big skewer and stack meat easily without having someone to hold it from the bottom also like how it has holes so if I want to permanently put it in a place I can screw it in
