I've been using this for a couple months now. When you tip it upside down to empty it there is a lot of banging around and you could hear something sliding back and forth. I removed the bottom plate and a number of bolts had come off. I replaced all the bolts and used some lock tight to hopefully keep them in place. The only question is how to secure the metal heat shield so it doesn't keep floating around. It has four studs and bolts that I'm guessing were tack welded to the bottom?
Love having the extra room for a full and 1/3 pan or (4) 1/3 pans. We did have to take it apart and tighten the bolts since they came off after a few months. Heats up fast and keeps constant temperature. A decent product for the price.
This product keeps my food warm without drying it out. I am happy to use it, but you can never use 2 of them in the same socket (upper and lower). It breaks the socket and costs you a serious electrician expense.
