The avantco W50Therm thermostat works well and we ended up needing to use it as other one broke. It gave accurate readings and worked well.
This thermostat works great!!! And it is a whole lot cheaper than going to a local restaurant supply place around our area.. would definately recommend
easy replacement. I have changed many of these over the years. This one seems to not let the oven get 500 degrees. I dont think it is calibrated right. could just be a one off problem
