This free standing food heat lamp is quite versatile thanks to its adjustable height arm, so you can control the intensity of the heat reaching your food and prevent over-drying. The Avantco free standing two bulb food warmer lamp is made of heavy-duty painted aluminum to withstand the daily demands of your busy fast food restaurant, concession stand, or snack bar.
Two clear 250W infrared bulbs are included, plus this unit comes with two red coated 250W bulbs, too. The shatter-resistant red bulbs are rated to last for up to 6,000 hours and provide a warm light to show off your food and help your dishes sell themselves to hungry passers by. With this bulb warmer, you have the option to utilize either clear bulbs or red bulbs depending on your application and lighting preference.
This model comes with a full size steam table pan for convenience. Made from sturdy 24 gauge 18/8 stainless steel, the standard weight full size steam table pan features double reinforced corners that add strength where the pan takes the most abuse. This impact-resistant pan makes cleaning and refilling a breeze. This hotel pan has built-in, anti-jam stacking lugs to enable hassle-proof separation and easy lifting of the pan. Plus, it can go from freezer to oven to serving line without bending, which ensures that it will sit flat in the warmer and hold its shape under the toughest conditions. This pan is dishwasher, freezer, and oven safe, and it is even NSF listed to ensure sanitation.
In addition to the pan, this warmer comes with a chrome-plated footed pan grate to keep your food from sticking to the bottom of the steam table pan. The raised grate also serves as a rack for items that should not sit in liquid or juices. It also helps to drain foods that are boiled or fried to help keep them crisp. This grate is sized to fit within the full size steam table pan.
This Avantco food warmer requires a 120V electrical connection and has a total output of 500W. The warmer is ETL Listed.

Nice and lightweight. These are easy to position and reposition to get the best presentation for a catering event, or for keeping foods warm while plating the rest of a meal. Great value for the price!
Because it's hight is adjustable, this lamp works good in the back of the house. Maybe for the front you might want to buy something fancier
Good product, good price and good quality. Be aware that it will use more electricity due to the wattage of the bulbs, obviously. It does however keep food warm. Happy with the purchase

These work well to heat the food we have a few more higher quality heat lamps and there is a difference in look and functionality but they do work well for the price.
This does exactly what it's supposed to do. We've been using it for a long time and haven't had any issues. Keeps our donuts hot and doesn't get in the way of production. It's a great value.
this warmer is still in my concession and going strong, working great, have had to replace the bulbs a few times but that's from a whole lot of food being kept warm, great unit to save me time when I get crowded at events, can make and hold extra fries!!!
For an inexpensive lamp it does a great job. We use them on our food trucks and they take a lot of abuse. The black ones are my favorite, they look good and don't show wear as the silver ones.

I bought his lamp warmer while ago, just started using it recently. The heat only enough for mild duty. If you have a busy kitchen. I would recommend to get some stronger bolt.

I purchased this Avantco heat lamp almost a year ago and its works just like I took it out of the box. It keeps my fries and meat pies hot and crispy. I will purchase another one soon. No complaints at all. I'm also still using my original bulbs.
