The Avantco free standing two bulb food warmer lamp is made of heavy-duty aluminum to withstand the daily demands of your busy fast food restaurant, concession stand, or snack bar. Two clear, 250W infrared bulbs are included. The warmer is ETL listed.
This model comes with a full size steam table pan for convenience. Built from sturdy 24 gauge 18/8 stainless steel, the standard weight full size steam table pan features double reinforced corners that add strength where the pan takes the most abuse. This impact-resistant pan makes cleaning and refilling a breeze.
This hotel pan has built-in, anti-jam stacking lugs to enable hassle-proof separation and easy lifting of the pan. Plus, it can go from freezer to oven to serving line without bending, which ensures that it will sit flat in warmers and hold its shape under the toughest conditions. This pan is dishwasher, freezer, and oven safe, and it is even NSF listed to ensure sanitation.
In addition to the pan, this warmer comes with a chrome-plated footed pan grate to keep your food from sticking to the bottom the steam table pan. The raised grate also serves as a rack for items that should not sit in liquid or juices. It also helps to drain foods that are boiled or fried to keep them crisp. This grate is sized to fit within a the full size steam table pan.

For an inexpensive lamp it does a great job. We use them on our food trucks and they take a lot of abuse. The black ones are my favorite, they look good and don't show wear as the silver ones.
We will be using this scale to keep our French fries warm. The lamp comes with the tray, and pricing is very reasonable. Love this very much.

I bought his lamp warmer while ago, just started using it recently. The heat only enough for mild duty. If you have a busy kitchen. I would recommend to get some stronger bolt.

I purchased this Avantco heat lamp almost a year ago and its works just like I took it out of the box. It keeps my fries and meat pies hot and crispy. I will purchase another one soon. No complaints at all. I'm also still using my original bulbs.

These are great. Very easy to put together, produces good heat to keep things warm. Be sure to adjust the lamps, because that can make a significant difference
This works amazing for my mini donuts. I keep it right above the fryer where it dumps the mini donuts out and it keeps them crispy.
It does pretty good keeping the homemade fries crispy for a little while, and it kept the fried chicken pretty warm until it was needed to be used.
I purchased this product to keep my fries warm during my lunch and dinner rushes. This ensures the line cooks don't fall into the weeds waiting for fries to cook. As it is out of the box, this is a poorly designed product. The stand holds the lights way to high off the counter (i needed to put things under the pan to elevate it and make it closer to the heat). Additionally, the lights did not really give off a lot of heat. To add insult o injury, one of the bulbs burnt out within 2 weeks of purchasing (like I said, this is only used during my rush times). I replaced both bulbs with something I found online. Additionally, I sawed off a chunk of the inner pole off the stand so the lights sit closer to the counter. Now, post modifications, it is a 5 star product, however I am giving this only 1 star as that is what it deserves based on how it is sold. P.S. To anyone thinking of buying this product: If you are willing to make the small modifications as I did, I would recommend this product as I think it is cheap enough to justify putting the extra work into it to make it work properly.
This item was EXACTLY what we needed and you can't beat that price! We do big family dinners on Sunday's and needed something to help keep food warm and from getting soggy. The heat lamp works perfectly to keep cooked foods warm (and crispy if they should be). The pan and grate were an added bonus, you can fit A LOT in that pan! I definitely recommend this product to any restaurant or even for personal use, like we use it for.
So far I am happy. The base seems flimsy but it works well for what I need. The bulbs come loose a lot so I have to continually check it.

This is an okay lamp for keeping fried foods hot, but it did not keep our foods hot enough even when adjusted to the lowest height. We needed to prop the food pan up so it was closed to the heat lamps in order to keep food in a safe temperature. We needed a lamp to keep arancini, so it really didn't meet our needs as it is. I believe we can modify the height and make it work,

great size for countertops. two bulbs are included! quick assembly and easy to clean. keeps food warm, the wire rack to separate from bottom of pan! i suggest turning lamp on and letting heat up before placing food on rack.
